Processing
Washed and natural
Coffee is sourced directly from farmers and processed at our four processing sites. Both methods are subject to lot availability.
Washed Processing
Washed coffee is processed using a method that removes the fruit surrounding the coffee beans before drying. The method and handling used during processing influence the resulting coffee’s characteristics.
Natural Processing
Natural processing involves drying coffee cherries with the fruit still surrounding the beans. Careful handling and drying are important parts of this method and contribute to the coffee’s distinctive characteristics.

JEMEA Coffee Trading offers green coffee packaging in standard 30 kg and 60 kg bags to accommodate different wholesale requirements.
We also welcome requests for alternative packaging arrangements, which can be discussed and agreed according to the buyer’s requirements and product availability.
